Belgium's least boring real estate project

Come for the dungeon,
stay for the community that built it.

A community-owned home and gathering place — sex-positive by design, democratically governed, and built to last.
Not a night out. A place to come back to.

Our mission
To establish and steward a community-owned, democratically governed home and gathering place where queer people of all genders and orientations can live, meet, and explore — sex-positive, shame-free, and built for the long term.
What we actually are
01

The events

Queer, sex-positive nights, workshops, and longer gatherings — built by and for our communities.

02

The community

From a first event to full residency — one community, whatever depth you want.

03

The castle we'll call home

Resident members live here, govern it, and keep it running.

The programme · 2027

Events worth
coming for.

The programme doesn't exist yet — which means it gets to be exactly as filthy, warm, and well-produced as it deserves. Shaped by the people who'll actually turn up for it.

The Salon. The Orangerie. The Dungeons. The Cloister. The Great Hall. There's always more to discover.

For kinksters, for pups, for fisters. For gay men. For queer women. For trans and non-binary people. For everyone who's ever wanted a party built around exactly what they're into.

Properly produced nights, daylight gatherings, decadent retreats, and full-estate takeovers — all a high-speed train away, because a good time shouldn't depend on your postcode.

The community

Building a queer sex space together. Again.

We started by building queer sex spaces together at a burn. Now we want to make one that doesn't come down every year. Living, working, and playing together is what it's all about.

Looking for more queers who share the dream — and the work ethic — to help build it, and own it, with us.

The castle

The castle
we'll call home.

We're looking at estates with generous grounds in Flanders — the perfect backdrop for everything from afternoon tea with the chosen family to our most decadent events.
