Events that are
worth the journey
The programme doesn't exist yet — which means it can be exactly what it should be. Lusthaven is building a queer, sex‑positive events calendar shaped by the people who will use it. No inherited formats. No borrowed venues. Just the space, the time, and the community.
Many ways to gather.
One place built for it.
Lusthaven isn't a single type of event — it's a home for many. The estate's scale, privacy, and architecture make it possible to host gatherings that simply don't fit inside a city venue. From intimate workshops to full‑estate takeovers, the programme will grow with the communities who shape it.
Daytime and evening workshops led by community members and invited facilitators. Consent, communication, kink skills, embodiment, intimacy, and the many ways queer people learn from each other.
Low‑pressure, high‑connection events: garden afternoons, fireside evenings, community dinners, and the kinds of meetups that make a place feel like home.
Properly produced nights with real sound, real atmosphere, and playspaces designed as part of the event — not hidden behind a curtain. Formats shaped by the needs and desires of each community.
Multi‑day gatherings that use the full estate: workshops, rest, connection, and time to breathe. Perfect for trans and non‑binary communities, femme groups, and anyone who needs space to arrive fully.
Member‑led gatherings where the cooperative's governance becomes a lived experience. Spaces to meet, vote, shape the project, and celebrate the community that owns it.
Full‑estate takeovers built around specific community interests — bondage, pups, fisting, leather, and other subcultures that thrive when given space, privacy, and the freedom to create their own world for a weekend.
Not a night out.
A place to come back to. Lusthaven — opening 2027
A place to gather,
for all of Europe's queer communities
Queer communities today are international. The internet brings us together in ways that would have seemed miraculous twenty years ago — but many of us are more physically isolated than ever. Lusthaven is building a place to gather, to touch, to find each other in real space. Accessible by high‑speed rail from across Europe.
Properly produced events with real sound, real atmosphere, and playspaces designed from the ground up — not as an afterthought. Weekend stays on the estate.
Dedicated events shaped by and for this community — not borrowed from someone else's brief. Daylight gatherings and intimate nights across the estate.
Events where presence is celebrated, not just permitted. Retreats and gatherings with real community voice from day one.
Festival weekends, seasonal celebrations, and multi-night gatherings using the full scale of the estate. For everyone who has built this.
Every budget,
Everyone welcome.
Weekend and multi‑night events will offer accommodation on the estate — because the experience shouldn't end when the music stops, and because the price of a bed shouldn't decide who gets to be here.

Designed for desire.
Built without shame.
The playspaces at Lusthaven are not an annexe to the event. They are part of it — architecturally, philosophically, and in practice.
Designed in dialogue with the communities who will use them. Governed by a consent framework that is written into the cooperative's founding documents.
Multiple spaces within the castle and wings — each designed for different moods and group sizes. Dark rooms, social areas, and spaces that live at the threshold between the two.
What works for a gay men's night is not what works for a femme event. The design accommodates both — and everything in between.
The playspaces connect naturally to the social and dance spaces. No separate wristbands. No hidden entrances. No shame.
Safety supplies, cleanliness, lighting that actually works, and staff who are present without being intrusive.
The consent and safer‑space framework applies everywhere, at all times, without exception.
Events and playspaces are phone‑free by default to protect everyone's privacy.
Playspace access is included in every event ticket. No premium zones.
Some events are designed specifically for creators and collaborative content. When that's the case, it's announced clearly in advance and runs under its own consent framework. Participation is always opt‑in, and outside those designated events, phones stay away.
The programme is coming.
